W-2 Local Company Driver (Class A) — Full Benefits
This is a W-2 local company driver position with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Benefits start after 90 days.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $25/hour
Workdays: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Typical workday: 8–10 hours
Occasionally, a day may run slightly longer depending on operations, but weekly hours will not exceed 50.
If one day is longer, another day will typically be shorter to balance the schedule.
Extra hours are available if desired.
All hours are paid at $25/hour, including hours over 40 (no overtime rate).
Pay frequency: Bi-weekly (every other Monday)
Shifts Available
1st Shift (Day Shift)
Start time: 4:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (no fixed start time; subject to load availability)
Most loads typically start between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., but depending on operational needs, start times may fall anywhere within the 4:00–8:00 a.m. window.
Drivers receive their first load assignment one day in advance.
Route: Daily runs to the Chicago area, including Elgin, Bolingbrook, West Chicago, and nearby suburbs.
2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
Start time: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (no fixed start time)
Drivers receive their first load assignment one day in advance.
Route: Daily runs between Sturtevant, WI and Biron, WI (central Wisconsin).
Only 2–3 times per month, drivers may go to the Chicago area.
