Driver Position W2 Full Benefits Home Daily

Dragon Xpress is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for a 1st shift local position based out of Sturtevant WI. This is a steady home daily role with consistent routes and reliable hours.

Pay

$25.00 per hour
Increase to $26.00 per hour after 90 days based on performance

All hours paid at straight rate
No overtime rate after 40

Paid bi weekly every other Friday

Schedule

Monday to Friday
40 to 50 hours per week
Most days 8 to 10 hours

Start time typically between 5 AM and 7 AM
Depending on operations may vary between 4 AM and 8 AM

You will receive your first load assignment one day in advance

Some days may run longer, others shorter to balance weekly hours
Total weekly hours will not exceed 50

Additional hours available if requested

No downtown Chicago

Pre trip and post trip inspections
Follow all safety procedures
Maintain clean and organized truck
Accurate logs mileage and paperwork
Communicate with dispatch and customers
Follow DOT regulations and company policies

Requirements

Minimum age 23
Minimum 2 years CDL A experience
No break longer than 12 months
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No serious violations
Consistent work history
Must speak and understand English
