Driver Position W2 Full Benefits Home Daily

Dragon Xpress is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for a 2nd shift local position based out of Biron WI Wisconsin Rapids area. This is a consistent route with predictable scheduling and full benefits.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
40 to 50 hours per week
Most days 8 to 10 hours

Start time between 3 PM and 5 PM
No fixed start time

You will always receive your first load one day in advance

Some days may run longer, others shorter to balance hours
Total weekly hours will not exceed 50

Extra hours available upon request

Pay Details

$26.00 per hour

All hours paid at straight rate
No overtime rate after 40

Paid bi weekly every other Friday

Lanes

Biron WI to Sturtevant WI and back
Central Wisconsin to Southeast Wisconsin
Chicago runs are rare maybe 2 to 3 times per month or less

Local deliveries home daily

Equipment Freight

2022 and newer trucks
Volvo and Freightliner day cabs
100 percent no touch freight

Responsibilities

Pre trip and post trip inspections
Follow all safety procedures
Maintain clean and organized truck
Accurate logs mileage and paperwork
Communicate with dispatch and customers
Follow DOT regulations and company policies

Requirements

Minimum age 23
Minimum 2 years CDL A experience
No break longer than 12 months
No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
No serious violations
Consistent work history
Must speak and understand English
