Regional Driver Position
Regional Truck Driver – Home Weekends Guaranteed + 1–2 Days During the Week (Potential for Additional Home Time Based on Location), Strong Pay
Please apply only if you meet the following requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of experience driving semi-trucks.
- You have not had a break longer than 1 year since your last driving job.
Terminal Location – Biron, WI:
- Company: ND Paper (Biron Mill)
- Address: 621 N Biron Dr, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494
- Terminal Type: Paper mill / primary shipping facility
- Freight: High-volume paper loads
- Operation: Mostly drop & hook, fast loading/unloading
Compensation & Benefits:
- Gross Pay: $1,250 – $1,700 per week
- Pay Rate: $0.60 – $0.69 per mile
- Employment Type: W2 (Full Benefits Included)
Additional Pay & Bonuses:
- Paid Orientation: $240 (1 day)
- DOT Clean Inspection Bonus: Up to $150 per inspection
Freight & Schedule:
- Dry van freight only
- 100% No-touch freight
- Mostly drop & hook (minimal live loads)
- Dedicated lanes with repeat customers
- No waiting time between loads
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Weekends at home guaranteed
- Additional home time available during the week
- 2,000 – 2,700 miles per week (consistent)

Home Time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Follow all safety protocols during loading and unloading operations.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Present a professional, neat, and clean personal appearance.
- Accurately record deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatchers, clients, and team members about delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and all traffic laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 23 years old.
- Experience: At least 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer (semi-combination) driving experience in the last 48 months
- Driving record: No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years while operating a personal or commercial vehicle. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
- Work history: Consistent driving employment with no extended gaps in the past 3 years.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure full safety compliance.
- Language: Must be able to speak and understand English.
