W-2 Company Driver – Full-Time

This is a W-2 full-time company driver position with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Benefits start after 90 days.

Schedule & Home Time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Weekends at home are guaranteed

Home Time Details

• Depending on your location, you may get home daily with a 10-hour reset

• If not home daily, you will receive at least 1–2 additional home days during the week

Pay

• $0.55–$0.60 per mile, depending on MVR and experience

• Weekly earnings up to $1,700 before taxes

• Pay frequency: Bi-weekly (every two weeks)
  (This does not affect yearly earnings—only how pay is distributed for budgeting.)

Lanes & Operations

• Primary lanes run from Wisconsin to the Chicagoland area

• No downtown Chicago

• Strong internal freight from:

  • ND Packaging – Biron, WI

  • ND Packaging – Sturtevant, WI

• Consistent internal loads make it easy to run around 500 miles per day

• Approximately 50% drop & hook

Equipment & Freight

• Trailer type: Dry van only

• No reefer

• No flatbed
